An ECG records the electrical activity of the heart. The ECG test is painless and harmless. 

This is usually fitted and removed by the practice nurse. The report is analysed by your doctor and recommendations are made for management.

The Cervical Check Screening Programme provides free smear tests to women aged 25 to 65. You can book a test when your receive a letter from Cervical Check. A smear can be done up to day 20 of a 28 day cycle.

You can get a free flu vaccine if you are:

• aged 65 years and older
• aged 2 to 17 years
• a healthcare worker
• pregnant
• have a chronic illness

Syringing uses warm water to painlessly clear ear wax build-up. If you think you have build up of wax in your ear please instill some olive oil drops or wax softener for 3 days prior to ear syringing as it will make the procedure easier and more effective.

Liquid nitrogen freeze therapy is a very effective method of treating skin warts, veruccae and other skin lesions.
