During your appointment, your GP will assess your overall health, discuss your lifestyle, medical history, and weight goals, and work with you to create an individualised management plan.
We offer evidence-based advice on nutrition, physical activity, behavioural changes, and long-term weight management strategies. Where appropriate, we can also discuss medical investigations, referral pathways, and prescription treatment options to support weight loss.
Our approach is supportive, non-judgemental, and focused on improving your overall health and wellbeing rather than simply focusing on numbers on a scale. Regular follow-up appointments are available to monitor progress, provide ongoing encouragement, and adjust your plan as needed.
