Following up results once tests are done is of utmost importance. We aim to contact you by text as soon as results are received (usually within 2 weeks). However if you have not heard from us after 2 weeks please contact the surgery using the form below to follow up.
If you had blood tests done as part of the Chronic Disease or Prevention Programme, your results will be discussed with you at your follow up appointment (Visit 2).
Results of tests ordered by consultants are sent directly to them for review. If you would like a copy to take with you to your appointment please fill in the form below.
